Planning an Event

While an event can be configured as simply as to use the Event Registration Wizard to charge a single registration price, staff can also create events with sessions, set up speakers, manage event accommodations, and more.

The Event Record contains options allowing staff to configure the following information:

• Setting up Sessions
• Managing Speakers
• Managing Event Location
• Emailing Customers with an Event Invitation
• Applying Education Credits to an Event
• Setting up Event Accommodations
• Sending a Survey to Event Registrants
