Enabling and Configuring Group Registration
To allow multiple individuals from the same organization to register for the event within a single transaction, enable what is known as group registration for that event.
Enabling Group Registrations

Navigate to the event record.

Select the Details tab > Group Registration Details section.

Check Allows Group Registrations.

Use the Group Registration Pricing Based On field to select either:

Organization: Each registrant within the group receives the same price as determined by price attributes that apply to the organization. (E.g. The organization is a member, thus all registrants within the group receive the member registration price.) Or;

Individual: Pricing for each registrant within the group is assigned individually as determined by price attributes that apply to the individual. (E.g. Registrants A and B are members and thus receive the member price, while Registrant C is not and thus receives the non-member price.)

Configuring Group Pricing
To incentivize registering multiple individuals at once, you might offer special group pricing or discounts.
Note: At this time, there is no price attribute that applies exclusively to group registrants.
Using Discounts
A multi-level discount can be configured to apply to purchases based on the quantity of the product purchased. This can be used to apply discounts to customers that register in groups. Some example use cases include:
