Assigning Tasks to re:Members AMS Users

When a task is created, there are several assignment options available:

• Auto-assignment by adding a task from a customer record
• Auto-assignment from a request type
• Manual assignment to an individual user or role group from the Tasks App
• Manual assignment to each individual within a specific user role group from the Tasks App
