Generating a List of SSO Tokens

A list of SSO (single sign-on) tokens can be generated for individuals in a query results set. Use these SSO tokens in your eMarketing email provider to send an email blast and single sign-on link to all individuals in the list.

  1. Run the query that pulls a list of your intended contacts.
  2. In the Query Results set, Actions drop-down, click Generate SSO Tokens. The Generate SSO Tokens window will appear.

  1. In the Generate SSO Tokens window,
    1. Enter the URL for which the SSO tokens should be generated. This is the domain name of your re:Members AMS site, plus any web page extension that you wish. For example, it is possible to link to the domain (e.g., "mysite.members.com") or point specifically to a certain page (e.g., "mysite.members.com/members/become-a-member"). Whatever URL is selected, the SSO token will be appended to the end of that URL.
    2. Enter the number of days in which the token should expire in the Token Expires in (Days) field.
  1. Click Generate CSV to generate the SSO list in a .csv file.

Note: SSO tokens are generated only for Individuals who have a user login. If the list of customers contains individuals who are not users, the URL by their name in the .csv file will not include an SSO token.
