Featuring a Product

A product can be "featured" for a period of time in the online store. Featuring a product causes a red "Featured" banner to appear next to the product—featured products also appear at the top of the product list.

To feature a product:

1. Open the Product Record.
2. Navigate to the Details tab, Featured Listing menu option.
3. Indicate the time period during which the product should be featured by entering a Featured Start Date and End Date.
4. If there are multiple featured products of the type being viewed, staff can indicate the Sort Order in which the featured products will appear. For example, a featured product with a sort order of "1" will appear first in the online store, "2," second, and so on.
