Enabling and Printing a Membership Card

Members and staff can be allowed to download a printable card showing membership details.

To enable members to see and print membership cards, enable the Allow Members to Download Membership ID Card configuration setting. Staff can see and print the card if the Allow Staff to Download Membership ID Card option is enabled.

Note: The membership card has a standard layout. If you wish to create a customized card for your association, please contact support. For clients who have requested assistance creating a custom card layout, the configuration setting Membership ID Card Report Name will display the name of the custom report for that card.

Note: For the logo appearing on the membership card, the system looks for the image uploaded to the Application Report Logo Path configuration setting. If none exists, it uses the Application Large Logo Path configuration setting.

To print membership cards,

  1. From the Individual Record (as a staff user) OR the My Profile page (as a non-staff user), navigate to the Purchases tab > Memberships menu option > Active Memberships tab.

  2. In the table of active memberships, locate the ID Card column.

  3. Click the download button to download the desired card.
