Tracking Invitation Emails
If an invitation has been sent via the Product Invitation option under the Actions drop-down on a customer query result list, a record of that email appears under the Invitation Emails menu option on the Event Record, under the Planning tab.
Click View under the Info column to see details about the mailing:

The total number of emails processed.

The name of each intended recipient.

The result for each intended recipient (e.g. "Email sent").

The option to resend the email to the intended recipient.
