Tracking Education History

Elements of an individual's education history can be tracked on the Individual Record > Account tab.

Under Personal Info:

  • Discipline: The disciplines an individual has experience in can be tracked here.

  • Expertise: An individual's area of expertise.

Under the Account tab > Education, the Credits tab allows staff to add, approve, and update an individual's education credits. The adjacent History tab tracks details on education history, including the institution, degree, fields of study, and graduation year.

Note: Degrees, Field of Study, and Institution fields can be configured as lookup (default) or free-text fields. For more on this setting, see: Data Field Settings - Lookup or Free Text

Note: As with many other settings and fields in customer records, options for fields related to education history can be configured in the Customers App > Settings. See Configuring Customers App Settings for more information.
