Using the APG Dashboard

The Dashboard is a central location from which users can see critical information and drill down into more detail on desired action points.

This landing page offers a quick view of today’s payment activity and settlement information to be used for bank reconciliation. The Disputes section calls attention to any chargebacks that require attention.

It is divided into several sections:

Net Settlement

  • Reflects today’s settlement activity total with a supporting summary breakdown.

  • Typically, these are the previous day’s transactions settling today.

Open Disputes

  • A total of all open disputes with a summary breakdown of applicable dispute stages.

 
   

Payment Recon

  • Reflects the last 5 days reconciliation results.

ACH Activity

  • Reflects the funds status.
   

Running Transactions

  • A graphical view of transaction activity.

  • User can change the time range from week to month.

  • Look for trends or potential issues.

Recent Transactions

  • The most recent transactions submitted.

  • If a user requests information regarding a recent payment, that can be found here or via a report.
